JoAnne Forte is the Executive Assistant to Michael Flower at Financial Principles, LLC, a Hightower wealth management practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the team.

JoAnne’s primary role is supporting Mike Flower with his clients. She also has a wide array of responsibilities, including assisting with accounting, human resources, benefits and licensing.

Prior to joining Financial Principles, LLC in 1998, she was a Senior Trading Liaison for RBC Capital Markets.

JoAnne is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
