Monica Viola | Executive Assistant

Monica Viola joined the Financial Principles team in April of 2023. Monica serves as the Executive Assistant to Michael Flower handling all administrative requests and inquiries for clients. Monica loves working with people and has a passion for helping others. She aims to meet the needs of the clients, strengthen relationships with them, and provide an overall positive experience.

Monica is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism. Before joining Financial Principles, she worked at Berkeley Research Group where she excelled in many areas including administrative support, office management, and event planning.

Outside of work, Monica lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, 2 children, and their dog. She loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
