Monica Viola | Executive Assistant

Monica Viola joined the Financial Principles team in April of 2023. Monica serves as the Executive Assistant to Michael Flower handling all administrative requests and inquiries for clients.  Monica loves working with people and has a passion for helping others.  She aims to meet the needs of the clients, strengthen relationships with them, and provide an overall positive experience. 

Monica is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism.  Before joining Financial Principles, she worked at Berkeley Research Group where she excelled in many areas including administrative support, office management, and event planning.

In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She lives with her husband, 2 children, and their dog.  Monica serves as her local Girl Scout troop leader and volunteers with her children’s school and sporting events.
